As part of the second project Component (ICCE) a Capacity building event took place at the premises of EKA in Riga, Latvia from the 11th – 15th September, 2017. The meeting was part of the implementation of the SPIDE project activities, with the aim of providing guidelines, building skills, exchanging ideas and drafting the content of the ICCE workshops, that will take place in the following months of the project period.

Ten project team members in total, representing each of the partnering institutions were present at the meeting. At the start of the Event each of the partnering institutions presented their Career Centers, with all their specific characteristics and activities. In the following days, best practices were shared by the partners, and visits were made to different stakeholders from the educational and business sector, that added value to the possible content of the workshops. During the final two days of the meeting, the content of the workshops was initially drafted and a discussion was undertaken concerning another project activity (Students Hub), and how can the project activities from the second Component, fit into this activity.
