Are the post-graduate studies at IBI accredited?
The Accreditation Council on 24.02.2011 accredited the Integrated Business Institute for conducting two-year (3+2) and one year (4+1) post-graduate studies in the following four programmes: Financial Management, Banking, Environmental Economics, and Business Economics. Can the tuition be paid in several rates or at once?
The tuition can be paid in three equal rates for students enrolled at one-year postgraduate studies (4+1) and in five equal rates for students enrolled at two-year postgraduate studies (3+2). The rates are paid at the end of each semester, while the final rate is paid during the submission of the master thesis.
What are the required documents for enrolling in post-graduate studies at IBI?
The candidates for enrolling in post-graduate studies at IBI have to provide documentation for successful completion of the undergraduate studies in their prospective field. During the enrollment process, each candidate submits:
- Certificate of transcript for successful completion of the undergraduate studies
- Short biography of the candidate
- Birth Certificate or a legal photocopy
- Residency Certficate
- Two photographs

When and how are the elective courses chosen?
Part of the courses at the postgraduate studies is elective and they are being selected by each student individually. It is of crucial importance that the selection of the courses is completed before each semester starts, and You notify the administration of the Institute in written form about your choice.
Are there any course lectures, and is it mandatory to attend them?
The lectures for each course at the Integrated Business Institute can be individual or in groups. If in some of the accredited four programmes, fewer than 10 students are enrolled, the course lectures are individual, meaning through individual consultation sessions with the relevant professors, at the request of the student.
Are there any additional exam sessions for students that fail to pass the exam in the first attempt?
The exam dynamics is chosen by each student individually. For these reason, additional exam sessions aren’t anticipated. A student can apply for one or more course exams in one semester, pause or put on hold its studies for several semester etc. Each exam can be submitted, if the necessary conditions previously determined by the relevant professors are successfully completed.
What are the required conditions that need to be fulfilled for registering an exam?
In order to take an exam, the student has to complete the following conditions:
- to gain an acceptable knowledge for the course materials
- to get an approval for successful completion of its seminary paper from the relevant course professor
- to submit payment for exam registration

What are the required conditions for submitting the master thesis?
After successfully acquiring all EKTS credits, the student can submit an application for a master thesis to the Scientific Council at the Integrated Business Institute. After the Council evaluates and approves the application, the candidate has successfully submitted his master thesis, and can proceed towards writing and defending the thesis.
Is there a maximum time period for completing the post-graduate studies at IBI?
The maximum time period for completing the post-graduate studies at IBI is 5 years for the (4+1) postgraduate studies and 6 years for the (3+2) post-graduate studies.
