The private higher educational institution, Integrated Business Faculty – Skopje was established in 2005 year by LC “Neocom AD” and the NGO “New Education for Business.” During the last ten years, the faculty enrolled over 1,500 students, including undergraduate and postgraduate studies offered at IBF.
IBF provides studies that focus on creating skills, knowledge and decision making, and provides direct hands-on experience for students by engaging in a wide variety of team projects based on existing companies, as well as real-life examples. Despite student internships, one of the main characteristic features IBF is the Integrated Business Curriculum (IBC), a programmed modelled after similar ones that are conducted at the University of Idaho, USA. IBF has been successful in preparing graduates to create value for the company since the first day of their employment.
After completing the three-year undergraduate studies, IBF students have the opportunity to continue their education on postgraduate studies at the Integrated Business Institute (IBI). IBF and IBi function as separate entities, with constant joined coordination, collaboration and support in order to offer the highest possible quality of education in the country, which is proven by:
- high rate (80%) of employment of our graduates
- high marks for knowledge and responsibility of our students by the companies in evaluating their internships
In addition, IBF has implemented a number of domestic and international projects, and has won a number of awards during its operation. At the moment, IBF and IBI implement the largest Erasmus+ project in Macedonia, called “Innovative Strategic Partnership for European Higher Education – ISPEHE“, in partnership with the University of Pavia, Italy; University of Ljubljana, Slovenia; Ekonomikas un kultūras augstskola, Latvia and Technical University of Riga, Latvia.
